update_deal
Update a deal: move it to another stage, change its amount, rename it, or set custom fields. Only the fields you pass are changed.

| Retries | Pass idempotency_key (MCP) or the Idempotency-Key header (REST); a retry with the same key within 24 hours returns the first result. |
