Your CRM, run by the agent you already use.
Ask Claude, Codex or any MCP agent to log calls, move deals and book follow-ups. Tandem signs every change and puts the important ones in front of you.
$29 per workspace a month, after 14 free days.
- 1
You ask
In your agent's own chat, the way you'd ask a colleague.
- 2
Your agent acts
It uses Tandem's tools to log, update and book.
- 3
Tandem signs it
Every change carries the agent's name, in teal.

You approve what matters
Anything uncertain waits in Review for a yes.
Connect it in a minute.
Tandem speaks MCP, the open standard for giving AI agents tools, and has a REST API for the rest. Pick yours.
Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code connect with just the address. You sign in and choose a workspace once.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with Tandem's address.
- Sign in to Tandem, choose a workspace and approve what Claude may do.
- In Claude Code, run the command instead.

- Suggestions you approve
- When your agent isn't sure, or a change matters, it proposes it with its evidence. You approve or reject it in Review, and approving runs it.
- Every change signed
- Each edit records who made it and on whose behalf. Anything an agent wrote is marked in teal, so you can always see what no person touched.
- Permissions you choose
- Read, suggest, write and delete are separate. Give your agent read-only access and it never even sees the tools that change things.
- Your CRM inside the chat
- In Claude, ChatGPT and other hosts that support MCP Apps, the pipeline, records and change feed appear as views you can click through.
- Lead enrichment with your own tools
- Built-in workflows find missing details and buying signals with whatever your agent already has: Apollo, Clay, web search. Tandem keeps the evidence, not your vendor keys.
- Safe to retry, hard to misuse
- Companies and people are matched by domain and email, so there are no duplicates. Retries don't repeat work, and text from emails and websites is marked as untrusted.
A complete CRM underneath.
Your team uses the web app; your agent uses the same actions. Nothing works differently depending on who's doing it.
- Pipeline
- Deals by stage, with open value and win rate.
- Companies and people
- One record each, matched by domain and email.
- Deals with several contacts
- Everyone involved in a deal, with their role.
- Activity
- Notes, emails, calls and meetings on any record.
- Tasks and follow-ups
- Due dates and owners. Your agent checks before booking, so nothing is booked twice.
- Buying signals
- Hiring, funding, job changes and new tech, scored by timing and strength.
- Company enrichment
- Logo, description and social links from the company's own website.
- Custom fields
- Typed fields for companies, people and deals, enforced for everyone.
- Do-not-contact list
- Checked before any enrichment or outreach. Erased people stay erased.
- Search and history
- Find anything with ⌘K, and see every change to every record.

Questions, answered.
Which agents work with Tandem?
Any agent that speaks MCP, the open standard for agent tools: Claude, Codex, Muse, Hermes, ChatGPT, Cursor and more. Delegated and your own scripts use the REST API with the same actions.
Do I need to be technical to connect one?
No. In Claude you add a connector with Tandem's address and sign in. Codex and Hermes take one command or one line of config.
Could my agent mess up my data?
You choose what it can do, from read-only upward. Anything uncertain arrives as a suggestion you approve, every change is signed, and you can disconnect it in one click.
How does the trial work?
You add a card when you create a workspace. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel before then. After that it's $29 a month, or $290 a year.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time: download the whole workspace as a ZIP, or export everything about one person.
