# Connect Claude to Tandem

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect with just the address. You sign in and choose a workspace once.

## Steps

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
2. Name it Tandem and paste Tandem's MCP address.
3. Choose Connect, sign in to Tandem, pick a workspace and approve what Claude may do.

## How it signs in

Claude signs in with OAuth: it registers itself with Tandem, opens your browser, and you sign in, choose a workspace and approve what it may do (read, suggest, write, delete). It gets `crm:read` and `crm:write` unless you approve less. Disconnect it any time under **Agents** in Tandem.

## Try it

Ask Claude: "Which Tandem workspace are you connected to, and what can you do there?" Then try "Add acme.com to Tandem with the details from its website."
